TKB Trading’s Lavender Luz highlighter

Sheer white base with purple interference shimmer. I've used this as an effects-layer on top of a colored eyeshadow base, and it could probably also work on lips and as a face- and body-highlighter. It looks really cool, patting a thin layer of this on top of a still-damp black gel liner.

The other side to this - and to all of the Moon Dust powders - is that the base color is a very sheer, dusty white. It will mute any dark color you apply it over. If you apply it using water, it will eventually soften down to be the pale sheer white. You'll want to be sure and use a mixing medium that doesn't just evaporate away, like plain water will. Use a sealant, or glitter glue, or something similar. The purple flash will soften somewhat, but it won't totally disappear.
