TKB Trading’s Luna Blue highlighter

Sheer, almost-invisible white with a turquoise duochrome effects layer. I can almost add a duotone layer to my blushes using this - though it does soften the blush color and cool it down a little. It's an interesting alternative to a “soft focus” layer using plain mineral powder.
