TKB Trading’s Matte Blue Pop

Halfway between “pool-queue chalk” and a cool sapphire. This does stain a bit, so make sure you use a base, like a cream shadow or shadow pencil. Like all of the Pop colors, it has ingredients to increase longevity and make application easier, so while I still would use a primer or base with this, you don’t have to take as much care applying this as you would most of the rest of TKB’s colorants.
