TKB Trading’s Monochrome Blue

This color does apply lighter than in the pot - but it’s a question of luminosity rather than saturation. It’s not as dark a blue as it appears, but it’s definitely a saturated shade.

This is an unblended colorant, and yes, it is eye-safe. You may want to apply a light spritz of a fixative once you’ve completed your application, because this has nothing to help with longer wear. Like most deep blues, you don’t need a lot of the product to get complete coverage or color depth. Be careful about blending, as well, as this can easily overwhelm lighter colors. This will stain your skin a bit, so definitely wear some kind of a cream base or primer underneath this.
