TKB Trading’s Moon Light highlighter

The cooler of the Metalites duo. This one works better with my coloring, but I also feel like I can actually detect it when I apply it. I can actually see it doing something: cooling my tones, giving a slight reflective/near-pearl wash, and unifying my look for that day. I don't know if Reflection is just the wrong color for me to be using, but I don't see these - or really, any - effects when wearing the other of these two highlighters.
