TKB Trading’s Pthalo Green

This is definitely a colorant. It works halfway-decent when applied wet, but just looks lousy when I try to apply it over primer. I’ve seen this used in nail polishes, and it’s a deep evergreen that looks lovely. But it definitely should not be used on its own as an eyeshadow. (It’s also an intense colorant, so it does stain more than a bit.)
