TKB Trading’s Red 33 Lake

Supersaturated burgundy matte pigment. This is an unblended colorant with no additives to help with longevity or ease of application, so for best results you’ll want to use a fixative after you apply. You’ll also want to use a light touch! This is straight-up colorant, and it doesn’t kid around. You may also wish to use a base.

TKB has this marked as approved for use on lips, eyes, and face in the EU, but only lips and face in the US. (This just means that it hasn’t undergone the US FDA’s certification test for cosmetic use on the eyes.)
