Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Cuff

This metallic pencil was added to the line-up the same time that Eldorado was announced as being phased out. It has the same characteristics that Eldorado had: application isn't always even, but when it's applied, it stays put until you remove it. Cuff “replaced” Gunmetal, even though Cuff is a lighter, brighter shade.

This works as a visual accent or a highlighter, or for adding slightly diffused shimmer around my eye; but the color is soft enough and applies scattered enough that I can't really think of it the way I think of my other liner pencils. It doesn't provide definition or what I think of as “eyelining.” It's a bit like effects-topcoats in nail polish: get creative with it, and you'll be happy with the results; but if you try and use it like you would a dark or even medium-range eyeliner, you'll be frustrated.
