Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Desperation

A rather soft cool grey matte. This applies VERY softly, I see almost nothing on my lids even after applying a second layer. In that, it kind of fit with most of the rest of the pencils in the Black Market kit: uneven coverage and ultimately disappointing results.

I do like the color. I think that, if it applied more true to what the product looks like at the end of the pencil, this would be a great soft-smudge liner shade. As it is, unfortunately, it just makes my eyes look a bit dirty and sleep-deprived.
