Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Deviant

A great shade with a pearl rather than a metallic finish…that sadly had some pretty severe application problems. Even using a dotting method rather than attempting to draw a line or a series of shorter lines, I couldn't easily get this pencil to adhere to my lid. The swatch took some repeated passes to lay down, as well. I like the shade and the finish, but the performance of this one was not good.
