Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Gonzo

Not quite a sparkle finish - the particles are too sparse for that, really. Not quite a matte finish, but it does show a few signs of the skippage that many UD matte pencils tend to have. I have other electric-blue eye pencils that give me better coverage: Nyx, Sephora, Jordana, Milani.
