Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Monsoon

I'm not a huge fan of this pencil. The Ten kit had several pencils that were “meh” for me, but this was my least favorite. (Okay, there. I said it. This is the Least Favored Child.) On the upsides, it's got Urban Decay's ease-of-application; and the blue-green duotone finish is a nice bonus. On the down side, the base brown color is semisheer. This is, for me, more of an “effects” liner than a definition liner. It can look interesting when used next to/atop a darker brown, or over a black liner.
