Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Riot

An almost-dusty violet with scattered pink sparkle. Like so many of the colors in the Black Market kit, this shade doesn't have the color payoff that many of Urban Decay's other shadow liners have. I'm not sure if that's because of the metallic finish (several of UD's metallic finish pencils seem to deposit less color than one would expect) but it is an attractive shade. It's especially good with blue or brown eyes, though it can complement hazel eyes very well.

Once the color is on your lids, you've got about two minutes to smudge it (if you so choose) before it's pretty much set for the day.
