Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Sabbath

Some of UD's matte pencils don't apply too well. This one is the exception! I get a clean, solid line that sets quickly and stays in place. The shade is a great compromise between depth-and-definition and “yes, this is blue eyeliner.”
