Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Smog

A near-copper liner color with smooth application. I like how this contrasts with navy eyeshadow, or how it pairs up as a waterline shade with navy or blue-black liner. This doesn't look as good on my lid-lashline, I think because of my coloring; but it does give a hint of definition and a bit of metallic shimmer when I use it below my lower lashline, without the overly obvious definition.
