Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Vacancy

One of the best performers from the Ten collection! This pencil is very pigmented, very easy to apply. Unfortunately for me, it isn't my favorite color ever. (Bright blue right near greyed-blue eyes…not the world's best liner-shade choice.)
