Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Vice

Now this is a sparkle liner I can get behind! It's a brighter violet, but not so bright that it's overpowering. The sparkle particles are very small, and the pencil applies pretty well (and once in place and set, it won't budge all day.) This shade was one of the new additions to the 24-7 pencil lineup in March 2013. It works great on blue or brown eyes, perhaps a little less so with hazel or green eyes. Despite UD's description of this as a “red-plum”, I'm seeing a neutral purple - it leans neither blue nor red.
