Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Voodoo

I have a few other eyeliners that are similar to this, but not quite exact. I have a few more loose eyeshadows that have this combination of violet base and blue duotone shimmer layer. It does provide some nice definition, though the pencil doesn't apply as smoothly or solidly as I'd like.
