Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in West

A medium-weight, slightly warm brown with gold shimmer and gold tones. It can apply a bit soft, but it's buildable. Just make sure to wait between the coats to give the first level enough time to properly set. It works well to add a hint of color and slight definition - similar to a medium-deep charcoal liner, which adds definition without being as harsh (not the right word to use, but I can't think of the right one) as black or other super-deep or blackened shades.

This color debuted in the Black Market kit, and so far hasn't been added to the regular line. I'm not sure, at this point, that it ever will be. In my opinion, the UD 24-7 eyeliner collection has other browns that have better opacity with a single layer.
