Zoya’s Celeste

This is definitely a semisheer polish - possibly even a straight-out sheer. By Zoya's reckoning, this and most other shades in this collection are either a 3 or a 2. I used three coats and still didn't get full coverage. And…it's streaky. Not terribly, not as noticeably as the China Glaze Romantique colors…but still.

It can add some nice frost to colors. And it's a pure white, unlike Glimmer or Shimmer that are more muted. I haven't done a manicure with Snowsicle yet, so I can't compare that to Celeste. I suspect that aside from the finish, they'll be fairly similar.
