Zoya’s Ivanka

Can I be brutally honest? (Well, of course I can.) I stayed far, far away from this entire collection when it originally came out. It seemed that everyone was falling all over themselves to jump on any glitter polish, and my admittedly limited experience with glitter polishes had taught me that they were Not My Favorite Thing Ever. So in spite of the rich colors, I stayed away from this shade.

When I finally got over my aversion to microglitter polishes (and learned the precise difference between Zoya's microglitters and everyone else's), I circled back and picked up Ivanka because it was such a bright, rich, saturated green. This takes three coats for full coverage, and four is actually a bit better. As with any glitter or microglitter polish, make sure you use a good base coat or you'll be forever getting this off your nails when it does come time to remove the manicure.
