Zoya’s Marina

Really, really, REALLY like this shade!! It's kind of a slate-cadet-blue-grey - a bit like Caitlin's edgier, slightly darker-toned sibling. I don't know if the finish will lend itself well to being used in nail stamping, but the color is one of my favorites from the 2011 fall Zoya lineup.

Two coats provided complete, even, opaque coverage. I like the color, but the finish as well - it's like they managed to capture the brushstrokey-ness of some frosts and soften it slightly so that what you end up with is a very subtle visual texture rather than outright visible brushstrokes. (Or possibly I'm just nuts. That could always be a factor.)
