Yes, this is vaguely similar to Zoya's Areej, from last summer's collection. Reagan is a bit cooler, though. It's a creme finish, and it covers completely with two coats. (I could probably have gotten one-coat coverage had I applied the polish a little thicker, but…I'm cautious.) I initially thought the color would be a bit too purple for my preferences; but when I saw others' photos of their Reagan manicures I was satisfied that it leaned more pink than purple. I can see using this as a regular all-over manicure color, but it will make a striking background for white, soft beige, light pink, or pale grey.

This was one positive surprise of the Beach collection…with the other being Arizona.
