Zoya’s Shimmer

A fairly straightforward effects “top coat”. The effects are fairly thick, and they end up muting the color beneath quite a bit. Nonetheless, if you have (for example) a deep navy or a dark vampy red that you want to tone down a little bit, this could be a good option. The fourth photo shows Zoya's Glimmer, Shimmer, and Sparkle top coats over OPI's At Your Quebec and Call. Glimmer and Shimmer are actually fairly similar, in terms of the effects that they provide.
