Zoya’s Tess

It isn't a “springy” color, but it's bright, it's shimmery, and it applies well. (Jaimi, here's another color to add to your ever-growing list!!) It's a rich rose frost that applies well even with one coat. No brush strokes either, which was a nice surprise. No duochrome in this color, but it's quite nice as-is
