I initially was interested in two of these colors. Then I got another one. Then another two…the only shade I didn’t get, before this collection was discontinued, was Toxacara. Osedax is a gorgeous color - I’m not sure why it wasn’t kept in the main MPZ...
The interference layer is pretty prominent. It doesn’t completely block the orange base color (which, thankfully, is NOT Cheeto-orange) but it definitely changes it. The top layer can lean gold, but it’s definitely greenish. I’m not sure that this color can be universally easily used, but if...
The finish on this color dilutes the base shade a bit. It's a bit rough to be a pearl, and definitely too textured to be a frost. I'm not 100% sure which color Shiro's folks were making when they accidentally created this one - possibly A Bit of Light Reading.
