These pigments are nice enough, but this one tends to go on a little bit patchy or chunky. It wasn't easy to get a nice, thin, even layer of coverage, even using an eye buki to stipple it in place. The finish is definitely not a pearl - it softens...
The “super duper deluxe version” kit from BE in 2009. The colors were all fullsize, and there are a LOT of them! This would be great as a huge gift to one person, or to use to create smaller - but still fairly amazing - gift-kits for a few recipients.
For whatever reason or series of reasons, this color doesn’t have the same intensity applied as it does in the pot. It’s also a little bit hydrophobic, compared to the other Pop colors.
Another one I've had sitting in my backlog for a while…a nice enough, fairly standard medium brown, with gold overtomes and a shimmer finish. I've seen similar colors from other indie vendors - I might even have a few myself. I think this color has long since been discontinued…
This is such a great near-neutral shade! It looks like there is a superfine shimmer in this color. I can see it…just barely. For me, for all intents and purposes, this is a matte color. Folks who don't like any shimmer whatsoever may want to get a mini jar...
