These four colors look nice enough, and they’re unique-ish, but together…it’s too soft a collection to get a unified look out of just them. This kit was later re-released as the third Most Wanted kit.
I think that this is my favorite of the Spring 2015 Rebel Bloom color tattoos. It's a cooler pink, still a lighter color, and it's a pearl finish - not metallic, not frost. It looks like it's trying to straddle the line between lilac-pink and pink-purple. People with very warm coloring...
One of the better performers in the Ten kit (in my opinion.) I guess I should say “one of my more preferred shades.” It's dark enough to provide a good deal of definition, and it has the normal UD ease-of-application and staying power. So many of the pencils in this...
Looks like it will apply brown, but…it's more gold, almost a metallic finish. If you're looking for a medium-rich neutral brown, this is not the color you're looking for. Don't be thrown by that, though, and you can get a very nice burnished-gold near-metallic without the full-on metallic finish ...
A deeper red that stays red (doesn't orange out), isn't too vampy, but also doesn't fade or blot away quickly. This stain does eventually wear off and need reapplication, but it's not a two-hour wear time. I can get six hours' worth out of this balm stain before I feel...
Definitely a cooler red - people with very warm skintones may not be able to wear this easily or well. The color payoff is solid, and the shimmer can be softened by buffing it out.
Shows a bit bluer when foiled, and solidly “deep violet” when applied dry. There's a little bit of leave-behind and staining, but nothing that won't be picked up with a second pass of makeup remover. It's a bit brighter than Emotion Matte, though both are fairly equally color-saturated.
The cartographers in Pennsylvania must have gotten punchy after a bit, because there are several cities with…well…unique names. The shade is a medium-deep, saturated blue. It isn't the deepest blue in BE's lineup, but it's one of the more vivid.
This color has a tendency to want to go on semi-sheer, whether dry or foiled. And it doesn't mix easily or apply smoothly. I don't know if that's because of the sparkle finish, but…it doesn't like being foiled. It either clumps up or sheers out.
