Specifically part of the Moisture Matte sub-collection…I don't know. I like the ease of application, and the non-dry-feeling part; but I'm not super-fond of the fact that, as a matte, it really emphasizes any problems with my lips. I think that's partially a commentary on this matte formula, though....
Limited edition, and an effects top coat. It's attractive enough, and does colorchange a little bit, not just whiten out the underlying base coat. Still…I prefer effects-coats like CND's Dazzling Dance to Sally Hansen's slightly-tinted Pastels on Pointe effects coats.
