A nice enough shade. Reminds me slightly of Mudslide, but a little warmer and a little softer. The formula on this is a little on the thin side. Two coats gave me nearly-opaque coverage, but if I had longer nails there would definitely have been VNL.
I got this brown, thinking, Oh, a nice lighter brown. How nice. I didn’t expect that I’d fall in love with the color! I’d swear that this polish shade is like my favorite paint color: looks almost white when it’s by itself, but put it next...
Nude Beach, but without the shimmer and with a bit more opacity. Not soft enough to use as an inner-vee highlighter (at least not for really fair/pale skintones), but can be a brighter-neutral all-over shade without being a bright white. I think this might also work as a brown...
More colorful - not bright, but all along the spectrum - sparklebomb eyeshadows! This was one of Meow’s original collections, and I think it gets overlooked sometimes with all the various bits of seasonal newness. There are some nice shades in this sub-collection. I generally tend to do whatever...
A fairly simple, versatile pair of eyeshadows at a pretty decent price. They were available a little beyond Black Friday, but not by much! My only change to this kit would have been that it not include two brown shadows. A brown and a red. Or a red and a...
Close to Define Beauty and Angelique, but with a bit more tan, and a different finish. Much closer to Over-Coiffed, another very-loved TSS color. It's a very good near-neutral that leans faintly pink, and it has minimal shimmer - it's pretty much a satin finish, rather than even the softest...
Very, very close to being a white…but there are faint hints of pale beige-brown in the color. This is one of the better-applying, better-performing eyeshadows from Star Crushed Minerals. The application is more solidly opaque, with better color payoff and adhesion, than many of the other “non-metallic-ish” eyeshadows from...
A limited-edition “oops” color available beginning in January 2015…and shortly thereafter, gone. I'm so glad I snagged multiple jars when I had the chance! The mauve-pink is very soft, not really sheer, just soft. The green and gold aren't quite enough to provide a solid duochrome effect, just a duotone....
One of the earlier kits released through QVC - though not the earliest. All of these colors are currently available for individual purchase. It’s a fairly good collection of neutrals and near-neutrals.
