I think I have some colors that are a similar base shade, but not any mattes of this color. (I don't think. I have to check.) I may have some close to the same color intensity, from the old Aromaleigh v1 Hi Fi retro-matte collection.
This is a very light color - really best for highlighting, effects over dark cream shadows, or blending and adding the interference effects. The blue is there, but it's very very faint. Warm-toned people may have a hard time wearing this color, but it will work better than other pale...
I picked this color up while in Atlanta. I don't usually pay close attention to CoverGirl's lipsticks…but judging by this one, perhaps I should. I like the shade, and the performance is fairly good for a drugstore lipstick (a little longer than some others I've tried.)

Vaguely similar to BFTE Cosmetics' Way Up High or TKB Trading's Brilliant Gold - in that it's a white base with gold interference shimmer. The white is more visible in this color than in the other two.
The color payoff on this is not as heavy as some of the other Chromes. It isn't the lightest, though. The shimmer finish seems just a little bit thin at times, but this is a shimmer finish - it's too rough to be a pearl.
Another one of Silk Naturals' “eyelights” colors, which are sheer shades with a complementary or contrasting interface shimmer.
Similar to Cynthia but with more overt blue tones, similar to L’Oreal’s VIP Status but more vivid and needing fewer coats for full coverage.
