This color manages to morph through the cool and warm ends of the color spectrum. It's gorgeous! It takes either a) a colored base coat or b) many many coats of the polish itself, to give you these effects. But…look at it! I'd say it's worth the extra time...
Such a gorgeous color! And…such a brushstrokey formula. (Damn.) It's a lovely shade, rich blue-violet, a metallic finish. And unfortunately it holds onto brushstrokes like the Texas Legislature holds onto their belief that they control womens' bodies. (But nah, I'm not bitter about their fuckery. This polish barely changes color at all - goes from a fuchsia-rose to a slightly darker fuchsia-rose. Application is easy enough, the coverage is even, and it's scented - which will drive you crazy if you are sensitive to smells. All in all, if you want a nail polish this...
