Like the other colors in this collection, Coppelia is very sheer when applied dry, or even when patted over a base or a primer. The duochrome effect comes through whichever way the color is applied, though.

I missed this color when it first came out, in the LOL II kit - but picked it up when it was re-released in 2010. It's similar to Kiko, but a bit more pigmented and with a higher sparkle factor.
Maybe it's the warmer weather. Whatever. Lately I've been on something of a nail polish kick - using the various colors I've ordered, looking up other colors I think I might want (I love being able to see others' swatch pics), and actually having nails that don't split or break...
