So dark a blue, it's almost black. I could probably get a good medium-deep navy, instead of a navy-black, by putting just one coat of this polish over something like Zoya's Shay - or Minka, which is too yellow-toned for me to wear by itself. Application was okay, it wasn't too thin or too thick, but the color is just such a dark navy…it's almost like Zoya's Ibiza, or Indigo.

Not one of my favorite colors ever - but it's not so bright that it's absolutely unwearable. (Note, however, that bright lime green polishes and I traditionally don't get along well. If you love this shade, go for it. All of my objections are solely over how the color looks on me.) OPI’s At Your Quebec and Call

I ended up liking this color a bit more than I thought I would, based on the various reviews. It complements my coloring very nicely! The shade's been discontinued, so it's only available on Ebay and perhaps through a few etailers…but if you're fond of cooler medium olives, this is nice addition to your collection. The fourth photo compares Quebec and Call alone, and under a single coat each of Zoya's Glimmer, Shimmer, and Sparkle.
