Like Mystic Glacier, this polish takes at least four coats for solid color (or less, if you're layering it on top of a dark polish.) I'm less thrilled with this color than I thought I would be, but that's possibly because 1) when I bought it, I wasn't totally clear that this required so many coats for full opacity; and 2) I don't see as much of the multichrome effects when I apply this, as I see in the various online photos....

Attractive in the bottle…but the sparkle particles are just a little bit large. I had some trouble getting a smooth-looking manicure with this polish. It ended up looking a bit chunky. On the up side, the coverage was even for both the polish and the particles. There weren't any thin spots in either. This polish has been discontinued, though you may be able to find random bottles if your local drugstore tends to be egregiously late to get these...

One of the first scented polishes released by Ruby Wing, in the Summer 2012 collection. The scent doesn't hit you over the head, but it is noticeable for a few days. The polish itself had a few problems with smooth application: drying takes a bit more time than most of my other polishes, and subsequent coats had bad problems with pulling and uneven coverage. The polish is nice once it's applied, but give yourself extra time to get your manicure done.
