NYX Cosmetics’ Chaotic Chrome

This is almost the same shade as Concrete Minerals' Souljourner - but with a metallic finish, and with not quite as much color payoff. Souljourner would make a killer eyeliner or smokey eye. I don't know that Chaotic could be used as easily, in the same fashion. Still…it's nice to have a deep blue that's navy rather than lapis, that isn't blackened, and that can be used as a main color without overwhelming the rest of my makeup.
