Aromaleigh v2’s Battement

This ended up being a lighter color than I expected. It looks like more of a mauved pink than a brownish-red. It's a good basic color, a softer mauve-pink that isn't a straightforward, straight-up “soft pink”. The color payoff is good, and the color depth means that there's just a little bit more…er, what's the word…“maturity” to the color. (This is more of a pink that a woman would wear routinely, than a kiddie or “teenager” soft pink IMHO.)

When applied dry, there's more of the faded-red-clay appearance to it. The shimmer isn't very visible, either, unless the color is foiled. The foiling seems to soften the color a little bit, make the pink and red more prominent than the mauve and deeper tones.

Bare Escentuals' Bliss is somewhat similar to how this shade appears when it's applied dry. They're not an exact match, though.
