This color was in a limited-edition kit, rather than being part of the “regular” line…but I can't find the information telling me which kit it was in! So I guess it will have to remain a mystery for a while longer. (I know it would have been in a 2010 or 2011 kit, since these weren't being included in kits released in 2012 or even the later part of 2011.)

These pencils are a wax-based formula, and that was one of peoples' complaints - that they didn't apply easily, that they “skipped”. I do notice that if I put this in my robe pocket while I'm washing my face, brushing my teeth, generally putting on the rest of my makeup…that it applies a bit more easily. When compared to the rest of the Big and Bright line, this pencil applies fairly well. It was one of the few vibrant/bright shades in the line.
