BareMinerals’ Blue Black

I think this may have been one of BE's earlier-release colors. It was unavailable for quite a while, then briefly available in a few kits in 2010/2011. It's a blackened navy matte eyeliner with fairly good coverage and adhesion - but, like so many BE shadows, it works far better when applied wet.
