BareMinerals’ Blue-ty Call

About the same shade as robins-egg blue, but with less color intensity. The dry application is definitely softer, with the color washing out a bit. I don't know if this is a color payoff issue, or a coverage issue - but it could be either.

Wet application makes the color lean a little bit more toward turquoise, for some reason. When I apply this color wet, I'm much happier with the shade and with how long it stays in place.
