BBAC 2013, Day 1: Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Crayons

BBAC 2013, Day 1: Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Crayons

Like the all of these other eyeliner pencils, these smudge crayons let you easily apply a base cream shadow on the whole lid (or a part of it, if you prefer) without having to use a brush. The lids also snap closed, meaning the product has less chance of drying out; and you twist the pencil to get more product, which means no product lost to sharpeners.

A pretty color - just a little bit on the sparse side when applied dry. This works best when stippled over slightly damp cream base, or over something like Liquid Lustre or Pixie Epoxy.

Part of the Pure Hue collection - so this is an unblended mica from somewhere. (I haven't seen an exact duplicate from among TKB, but they're not the only such supplier.)
