Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Twice Baked

Similar shade to Physician's Formula Blue/Brown liner, in the Blue Eyes Cream GelLiner trio. It's a softer brown. I don't love how it seems to have a less even application than the other UD 24-7 pencils…but that seems to be something that most of the matte pencils share. And when compared to other eyeliners, the application is still pretty solid, and provides good definition. It's like charcoal eyeliner: the definition is there, but it's not as hard-defined as deep black or darkest brown. I love using this color for minimal-makeup looks.
