BareMinerals’ Fab in Five kit

This kit came out just before I started buying BE, and I don’t have information about the price. It was a fairly recent kit, though, so someone somewhere must have info. (If you do, I’d love to record how much it was!) This has some nicer colors, all somewhat neutral, all somewhat softer. It wasn’t a “wow” kit, but the colors are, indeed, good for a quick full face of makeup.

BareMinerals’ Fab in Five kit

The brushes are a mixed bag, for me. I have never ever figured out the appeal of a fan brush, for applying makeup. It's very soft, and very thin, so it can be good for applying a soft wash of a color that might otherwise be too dark...but I personally don't love it. I feel like this brush doesn't give me the control or coverage that I want. I'd rather use a fuller brush and use less product.
