BareMinerals’ Go Bare Baby kit

I’m never totally sure what to make of these “face color/glow powder” kits. On the one hand, they’re a good way to get multiples to try and a lower-than-retail price. On the other hand…I appreciated the blush kits far, far more.

BareMinerals’ Go Bare Baby kit

For a kit of colors that can help you round out a “no-makeup” makeup look, this is workable. The colors aren’t invisible, but they are on the softer side (much softer, if you have medium-deep or darker skintones.) For me, this is two eye “color washes” and one face color. Rose Radiance is a lovely softened glow powder, but both Soft Focus Warmth and Bare Radiance are too dark for me to put on my face, but not dark enough to be useful for contouring. But I can, and have, used them as softer eyeshadows.

This kit contained:

  • Bare Radiance glow powder
  • Rose Radiance glow powder
  • Soft Focus Warmth
