BareMinerals’ Moonlight Face kit

A romantic color palette…that doesn’t have a pink. The purple that it does have is a softer near-pastel, but the interference of that color and of the highlight shade change this from being “another romantic-shade quad” to something…not bolder. Less pliant? Covert-assertive? Not quite sure how to word it, but these aren’t just quiet, gentle-edged pastels. (And instead of a soft grey we get a deep, unapologetic black liner shade!)

BareMinerals’ Moonlight Face kit

The kit has long since been discontinued, but two of the colors - Hyacinth and Queen Tiffany - are available for individual purchase. Ecstacy used to be available exclusively at Sephora, and Soft Black reappears in kits from time to time.

This kit contained:

  • Ecstacy — bright white with lavender-blue shimmer
  • Hyacinth — silver-lavender satin
  • Queen Tiffany — bronzed brown satin
  • Soft Black — softened black matte
  • Belle Lipstick
