A black that leans just a tiny bit blue. You can still use this anywhere you'd use black eyeliner/eyeshadow, but while it will look perfectly fine alongside reds, pinks, or golds…it will look much more right in combination with blues, purples, and greens. It's black, and there's a tiny bit of extra work to remove it, but it's not as much as the eyeliners or blackened colors. Pigmentation is good, and the shadow can be blended out. This is definitely a black shadow, not a black liner - so you won't have to use Wonder Twin Powers to blend or soften it.
