BareMinerals’ Round the Clock Eyeliner in 10am

This is a bit more green and less golden than Moray or Snakeskin Dress. This pencil is also more of a satin finish. It has some of the “uneven-application” problems that some shimmer pencils have, but not as many. Like all of the other Round the Clock pencils, this liner is very soft. If you want to use it to tightline, best use a very small brush to deposit the color rather than trying to get and then maintain the super-fine pencil point required for tightlining.
