BareMinerals’ Round the Clock Eyeliner in 5pm

Almost looks black, in some lights. This is a nice deep violet shade that goes on easily and, once it sets, stays in place. Like all of the RTC liners, this is essentially a gel in pencil form - so don't expect to be able to tightline or easily do detailed lines with the pencil alone. But the formula DEFINITELY stays put. It sets up quicker than about half of the Urban Decay 24-7 eyeliner pencils, but if you do want to do extremely fine detail you can use a liner brush: just “draw” the product onto the brush, et voila.
