Too sparkly to be used as a regular highlight - and if you want to avoid sparkle altogether, you may prefer a different brown-white from BFTE (Butt Naked is very similar, though it's less bright and has a shimmer/pearl finish.) When applying this dry, I get more of the sparkle (which then proceeds to fall about) and less of the color. I like this one best when it's foiled or applied with some mixing medium.
