Beauty from the Earth’s Matte Palette kit

In the latter half of 2012, BFTE reformulated their matte shadow colors for better adhesion and color payoff. The new formula gave mattes that were about on par with the average Aromaleigh v2 matte, or slightly better. There were a few colors that I tried that seemed a bit more sheer - and, of course, like all matte eyeshadow colors I’ve ever used, they don’t look good when applied wet - but once applied over primer, these shadows stayed put fairly well. I’d get little to no fading over the course of a day.

By the time I was purchasing the last few samples from this kit that I needed (because I didn’t already own the colors in fullsize), Hangover was out of stock. Fortunately, it was the only color that was totally out of stock!!
